We express our social responsibility through the way we treat our staff. We aim to provide all of our employees with excellent training opportunities and the opportunity to move and progress in our company and we promote well-being at work and diversity in all its forms across all of our entities.
We aim to minimise the impact of our business on the environment and, in particular, on climate change. We have reviewed the greenhouse gas emissions by all activities under operational control in France and put in place an action plan to reduce these emissions.
To reduce our carbon footprint, we also minimise our company’s consumption of paper and our employees’ business travel through the use of videoconferencing.

We place great importance on acting responsibly in the societies in which we operate so that our business and employees support community and environmental activities.
For example, we contribute to the development of a social and solidarity-based economy in Australia by financing companies that help improve people’s lives, such as by providing access to jobs, credit, social housing or mobility. Outside of Australia, we aim to combat financial marginalisation by supporting microfinance initiatives that help fund entrepreneurs and small businesses wherever banking services are unavailable to them.
We provide strong support to organisations working in the field of education, health, culture and social responsibility under our sponsorship policy. Examples of this include partnerships with the Cancer Foundation and Alzheimer Australia
